- Cooked Shrimp, peeled and deveined: 1 pound
- Imitation Crab Meat, flaked: 8 ounces
- Cream Cheese, softened: 4 ounces
- Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
- Cheddar Cheese, shredded: 1 cup, divided
- Green Onions, chopped: 2 tablespoons
- Canned Biscuit Dough: 1 can (8 biscuits)
- Old Bay Seasoning: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, imitation crab meat, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, half of the shredded cheddar cheese (1/2 cup), green onions, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Step 3: Separate the biscuit dough. Slice each biscuit in half horizontally to create two rounds.
- Step 4: Spread the shrimp and crab mixture evenly onto the bottom halves of the biscuits.
- Step 5: Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese (1/2 cup) and place the top halves of the biscuits over the filling.
- Step 6: Arrange the biscuit melts on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
